About us
Our Mission
This small local museum is a restored farmhouse from around 1849 with three rooms which showcase historical everyday objects and more.
The materials used to build the house originally came from a large house in Tórshavn.
In addition to Látrið, the old farmhouse, we have two other historical buildings that you can visit. These are the home Annu Mariu, a working class family from the 19th Century, and the Historical Pállstovuhandilin.
